KOEI TOOL Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molds. Through your work, you will have the opportunity to interact with various equipment and technologies, naturally acquiring skills along the way. Engage in projects such as quoting and reviewing new molds or modifying existing ones, and develop a wide range of skills to excel as a 「manufacturing professional」.
Working environment
Tooling
The company does not have its own original molds. Instead, it manufactures molds based on customers' requirements. Since the majority of molds are for new models or new developments, we focus on producing unique molds tailored to each specific project rather than making a large quantity of the same mold.
Molding
Based on customer requests in the mold business, injection molding services are provided. By conducting "mass production" internally, the company has internalized "mass production techniques" and applied them to mold manufacturing from a customer-centric perspective.
3D metal printing
Using a 3D metal printer, the development of gas venting and cooling components is conducted. Commercialization was then possible based on years of research, leading to the establishment of a dedicated division for manufacturing and selling of gas venting components in Japan in February 2020.
