Heat and wear resistant porous type suction plate
GASEXIT suction plate is recommended over the resin/rubber made where the heat and wear resistance are insufficient.

Features of GASEXIT suction plate
feature 01
Hole size and position can be specified.
Possible to machine suction holes in the desired positions and sizes as long as the hole size is at least Φ0.05mm and the hole pitch is at least 0.20mm or more.

Mirror finishing
Typically, the surface finish is done through EDM.
Even with an EDM finish, the sheet can adhere without any issues. However, if there are concerns about surface roughness in specific areas, it is possible to change to a polished finish type for those regions.

Heat/Weight resistant
Material properties not changed even when heated up to 480 degrees Celsius. The surface hardness of the standard product is HRC44; possible to increase the hardness up to HRC70 after nitriding.
