GASEXIT SLUGWELL PIN is a product that allows for extensive gas venting in the cold slug well, enabling the efficient expulsion of a large volume of gas from the nozzle tip during the initial stages of injection.

Extensive gas venting
Sizes available in Φ11.5 and Φ18.5.
The amount of gas generated is proportional to the amount of resin used, but even in the case of larger injection molding machines, the wide gas venting range allows for effective gas extraction from the cold slug area.
If the gas venting area in the cold slug well is small, it may result in a situation where the gas generation exceeds the exhaust capacity, causing the unvented gas to flow into the runner system. In such cases, we recommend selecting a larger size to ensure effective gas venting.

Fixe with M4 bolt, no need for additional machining for gas exhaust. Easy installation from the PL surface.

Protrusion type ejector pin available
Since the standard draft angle is set at 5 degrees, it is feasible to machine a hole for the ejector pin in order to facilitate the demolding of the cold slug.
